Software Engineer Industrie

Our client is looking for an experienced Software Engineer for advanced automation. As a Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative automation solutions for industrial applications. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create integrated solutions that make processes more efficient and sustainable.

• Designing and programming control software for industrial automation solutions
• Developing user-friendly visualizations and interfaces for operators
• Performing software integrations with existing systems and equipment
• Testing, debugging, and optimizing software for maximum reliability
• Documenting code, technical specifications, and user manuals
• Supporting the implementation of systems at customer sites
• Providing technical support and performing software updates

• A completed HBO or WO degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar
• 3-5 years of demonstrable experience in programming PLCs and SCADA systems
• Experience with one or more of the following programming languages: Structured Text, Ladder Logic, C#, Python
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (such as Profinet, Modbus, OPC UA)
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Customer-oriented attitude and good communication skills
• Fluency in the Dutch language, both spoken and written
