Java Developer

Beeld & Geluid is seeking a Java Developer to design, develop, and implement backend solutions for their applications, supporting their mission to connect people with media and culture. The role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team and optimizing infrastructure. • Design and develop backend solutions for applications
• Optimize infrastructure

• 5 - 7 years of experience with Java 17
• Experience with Spring (Boot), Hibernate, Elasticsearch, SQL, IntelliJ IDEA, and TDD
• Ability to design solutions from scratch for various problems
• Interest in DevOps methodologies
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in coding and implementation
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities

• Minimum gross salary of approximately €4,294.11 to maximum €6,135.90
• 25 vacation days and 24 atv days per year
