Software Engineer Embedded

The company develops and produces high-quality systems for automation and electric propulsion for the manufacturing and high-tech machinery industry. This role presents technical challenges in embedded software, communication, and system integration, requiring accuracy during testing and fault analysis.

• Design and realize embedded and Windows-based software for automated systems
• Design and implement robust software modules in C# and C++
• Integrate software with hardware and validate communication protocols and interfaces
• Perform debugging, unit testing, and integration testing
• Document designs and changes and support on-site commissioning
• Collaborate with international partners during integration and testing phases
• Contribute to system validation
• Work distribution: 50% development, 25% testing and validation, 15% commissioning at client sites, and 10% support and optimization

• HBO Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or comparable technical education
• 0-3 years of experience in embedded software development, junior level
• Practical experience with programming in C# and C++ in Windows-based environments
• Knowledge of debugging, unit testing, and integration testing
• Experience with hardware interfacing and communication protocols
• Good command of Dutch and English for international collaboration

• Salary: €2800 - €4200 per month
• 25 vacation days per year
