Senior Power Platform Developer (with Copilot Studio & Azure AI)

Intellias is expanding its AI Engineering team with a Senior Power Platform Engineer who will design and deliver enterprise-grade copilots, agentic systems, and Power Platform solutions integrated with Azure AI services. This role is critical for building AI agents and reusable components integrated across the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Communicate with business users to gather requirements for Copilot & Power Platform solutions.
• Build and maintain custom connectors for Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform.
• Integrate Copilot-based agents with CRM, ERP, Microsoft Graph, and SharePoint.
• Provide ongoing support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Work with Azure OpenAI to develop and optimize prompts and workflows.
• Collaborate with product teams to deliver AI-enabled MVPs and scalable automation solutions.
• Mentor internal teams on AI governance and secure AI solution design.

• Proven experience managing Power Platform / Copilot Studio at scale.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Hands-on experience building AI-based solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Experience working with LLMs: Azure OpenAI and OpenAI.
• Programming experience in .NET and/or Python.
• Strong prompt engineering & system design skills.
• Proven integration expertise with REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.
