Cloud Engineer Cyber Recovery (gn) Vollzeit/Teilzeit (hybrid)

As part of DKV Mobility, you will work in a leading European B2B platform for on-the-road payment solutions, participating in a dynamic environment. The role involves managing IT systems within hybrid infrastructures and contributing to the growth and sustainability of mobility solutions.

• Implement, administer, and monitor IT systems and services within hybrid infrastructures.
• Analyze and resolve issues in 2nd and 3rd level support, focusing on Cyber Recovery scenarios.
• Continuously develop existing systems and services to enhance performance and reduce risks through automation and AI.
• Ensure smooth operation of systems and proper licensing in lifecycle management.
• Manage and control external partners and service providers in close coordination with leadership.
• Participate in concept creation and implement solutions in Cyber Recovery and Business Continuity.
• Support planning and execution of IT projects and business subprojects.
• Consult with departments on projects and changes to IT services, systems, and applications.
• Create and maintain necessary documentation for operations and support, especially for Cyber Recovery processes.
• Assist in continuous analysis and implementation of process optimization and automation solutions.

• Proven experience with backup and recovery solutions like Veeam, AvePoint, or Rubrik in hybrid IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud technologies, especially M365, Azure, Active Directory/Entra ID, Exchange, and SharePoint.
• Deep expertise in Cyber Recovery and recovery after cyberattacks.
• Experience in IT Service Continuity Management and Business Continuity Management.
• Practical knowledge in infrastructure automation, especially with Terraform.
• Experience with AI-based solutions for system and process optimization.
• Strong analytical, structured, and independent working style, especially in critical situations.
• Excellent communication and team skills.
• Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
