• Design and develop complex React applications with focus on performance and maintainability.
• Lead frontend architecture decisions and establish best practices for the development team.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers in React development and frontend technologies.
• Collaborate with designers, product teams, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Drive code quality through reviews, testing strategies, and optimization initiatives.
• Evaluate and implement new frontend tools, libraries, and frameworks to enhance development capabilities.

• 4+ years of experience with React and frontend development.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Extensive experience with state management, performance optimization, and testing.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor development teams.
• Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Advanced level of English.
