Senior Backend Developer (100% remote Worldwide)

As a senior Backend Developer, you will be part of the team that works on the development and maintenance of the backend components of multiple services related to the platform. Responsibilities include improving existing core backend services, implementing new solutions, and ensuring security throughout the API services.

• Work closely with developers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into clear, practical architectures.
• Improve existing core backend services written in NodeJS
• Implement new solutions that interact with different core services through RPC calls
• Write complex database queries for compliance and financial purposes

• At least 5 years of experience working with Javascript/Nodejs
• Familiar with microservices architecture
• Good experience in interacting with databases (MySQL, MongoDB)
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Good understanding of security practices
