Product Developer/Engineer

The role involves converting technical product concepts into high-quality CAD models, managing requirements, supervising external engineers, and ensuring product validation meets high standards. The position requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, along with experience in product development.

• Convert technical product concepts into high-quality CAD models (SolidWorks)
• Translate commercial needs into technical specifications and validation plans
• Outsource specialist work and supervise external engineers
• Supervise and assess test results to verify prototypes
• Identify design bottlenecks early and propose data-driven solutions
• Design and maintain software management systems for CAD files

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Industrial Design Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• 0-7 years of experience in product development
• Excellent CAD modeling skills (SolidWorks)
• Experience in outsourcing engineering and managing external partners/OEMs
• Strong analytical capabilities and creative design eye
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
