Robotics Software Engineer

This organization develops technology and systems for optimizing composite and rubber products in various production environments within the manufacturing and high-tech machinery sectors. The team works on designing, engineering, and implementing user-friendly software platforms and robotic solutions to support and automate product design and production processes.

• Designing and developing software and robotic solutions for production processes
• Developing algorithms and tools in Matlab or Python to improve winding and positioning processes
• Building and integrating robotics and automation modules for the production line
• Installing and supporting robotic equipment at customer sites and performing testing and validation
• Collaborating with engineers in the manufacturing industry to realize new composite products and production processes

• Master's or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable technical field
• Strong programming skills in Matlab or Python
• Proven affinity with software development and robotics
• Experience with object-oriented programming, preferably in C# and using GIT
• Understanding of 3D coordinate systems and transformations for robot movements
• Knowledge of composite product development or filament winding is a plus
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English

• Salary: €2.900 - €4.800 per month
