As an Engineering Manager in the Guest Experience department, you'll lead a team focused on improving user search experiences and interfaces, impacting conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

• Lead a high-performing cross-functional team

• Ensure team delivers highly scalable applications handling up to 1 million unique users daily
• Support team growth through feedback and mentorship
• Collaborate with product management and design to define goals and roadmaps
• Drive strategic technology decisions and uphold quality standards
• Foster a culture of ownership, autonomy, and inclusivity
• Spend 40-50% of time as an individual contributor on feature implementation

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience building and implementing backend services and/or frontend applications
• Experience providing technical leadership
• Experience as a people manager
• Passion for building world-class products with great user experience
