Senior/Lead IT Operations Engineer

We are looking for a Senior or Lead IT Operations Engineer to take ownership of a modern, SaaS-first IT environment and continuously improve its reliability, security, and efficiency. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role with a strong focus on delivering practical improvements that support day-to-day business operations.

• Hands-on operations and continuous improvement experience
• Strong depth in the Apple ecosystem
• Experience with MDM tools like Jamf Pro and Intune
• Knowledge in security frameworks and tools such as Wazuh and ZTNA
• Experience with automation using Python and Bash
• Familiarity with networking concepts like VPN and DNS
