Lead/ Senior Data Engineer

As a Lead/ Senior Data Engineer, you will impact the energy transition by designing, building, and improving data products crucial for tomorrow's energy system. You will coach junior and medior engineers while working hands-on with technologies like Snowflake and AWS, ensuring effective data exchange within the sector.

• Designing, developing, and managing high-quality data products.
• Advising during refinements, estimating technical feasibility and complexity, and ensuring Data Mesh principles.
• Translating requirements into concrete data model adjustments and advising on exchange patterns.
• Coaching junior and medior engineers and working hands-on in Snowflake, Matillion, and AWS.

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Data Engineer, Lead experience is a plus.
• Proven experience developing in Snowflake and ETL tooling like Matillion.
• Experience with AWS S3 and data modeling (3NF, star modeling).
• Ability to translate complex technical information into understandable language.
• Ability to provide technical direction and work independently according to the BRO-code.”
• Good knowledge of the Dutch language (C1-C2 level), both written and spoken.

• A salary of € 5,310 to € 7,585 gross per month.
