Senior Backend Developer (Python/ Django)

• Developing the backend of the application in Python and Django
• Designing and implementing data processing algorithms used by various modules
• Developing and optimizing scoring, ranking, and classification mechanisms for products available on the platform
• Modeling business logic and translating complex business requirements into efficient technical solutions
• Analyzing large data sets and building mechanisms to support decision-making processes in the system
• Integrating the system with external platforms and services via API
• Designing and managing data in PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis
• Creating automated tests and ensuring the quality and stability of the delivered software
• Collaborating directly with the CEO/CTO and the product team to deliver new functionalities

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial experience in programming in Python
• Very good knowledge of the Django framework
• Strong analytical skills and a mathematical approach to problem-solving
• Experience in designing algorithms, data processing, and implementing complex business logic
• Ability to model business processes and dependencies in code
• Experience working with PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis
• Ability to independently solve complex technical problems
• Willingness to work in a small, product-focused team and readiness to deeply understand the business domain
• Good self-organization and experience in remote work
