Atruvia AG is looking for a (Senior-) AI Engineer for their Data, Security and Identity sector. The role involves developing tailored AI applications focusing on generative AI and collaborating with teams across locations.

• Develop tailored AI applications focusing on generative AI
• Evaluate model quality regarding correctness, robustness, and fairness
• Ensure applications meet ethical and regulatory requirements
• Deploy applications with a focus on performance, security, and stability
• Support DevOps teams with best practices in LLMOps
• Select and evaluate pre-built AI systems considering costs, latency, and scalability
• Generate datasets for evaluation and implement industry standards in AI
• Stay updated on new AI solutions in the market

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Physics or comparable qualification
• Years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in leading interdisciplinary (sub)projects
• Familiarity with AI application development
• Proficient in Python, especially in GenAI and Agentic AI tools (e.g., LlamaIndex, LangChain/LangGraph)
• Experience in developing container-based solutions and cloud solutions
• Ideally worked in regulated environments
• Fluent in German (C1 level) and good English (B2 level)
