Senior Software Engineer - Frontend (Core UX / Product Team)

PandaDoc is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Frontend) to join our Core UX Product Team. In this role, you will design, build, and deliver core features central to PandaDoc’s web applications, collaborating in a cross-functional environment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and translate them into scalable frontend solutions.
• Build, test, and deploy high-quality frontend features using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Work across both monolithic and microfrontend architectures, contributing to modularization.
• Ensure robust observability and monitoring using tools like Sentry and Grafana.
• Participate in on-call support rotations, maintaining system stability.
• Drive technical initiatives and improvements, contributing to codebase health.
• Mentor team members and provide constructive feedback.

• 5+ years of hands-on frontend development experience.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with monolithic and microfrontend architectures.
• Familiarity with observability tools.
