UI/UX Designer

ENGAGE Education & Consulting Services is hiring a UI/UX Designer to design intuitive digital experiences across websites, learning platforms, and business applications. The role involves user research, wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user behaviors and needs.
• Develop user personas, customer journey maps, user flows, and information architecture.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize design concepts.
• Analyze user feedback and continuously improve product usability and accessibility.
• Identify user pain points and propose innovative design solutions.
• Ensure designs follow user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
• Design visually engaging and responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, design systems, UI components, and style guides.
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colors, layouts, and interactions across digital products.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Optimize interfaces for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across multiple devices.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Developers, Marketing, and Business teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and product planning meetings.
• Translate business requirements into intuitive and effective user experiences.
• Support continuous product improvement through data-driven design decisions.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Interaction Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, Web Design, or Digital Design is preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and creative problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of UX research, usability testing, interaction design, and responsive design principles.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and interactive user interfaces.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple design projects.
