Join a dynamic team as a Software Developer and take responsibility for redefining quality assurance while actively supporting the transition to AI-first approaches. You'll develop and prioritize test cases, ensuring robust test coverage and driving QA automation forward, including the integration of new AI-based tools.

• Develop and prioritize test cases in an agile environment
• Ensure sound and complete test coverage is achieved
• Build automated system and integration tests that are stable and scalable
• Conduct exploratory tests to identify weaknesses early and improve quality
• Actively drive QA automation forward, including new AI-based tools
• Work closely with the development team to set quality standards

• Experience in software testing, QA, and ideally test automation
• Know-how in creating test cases and good knowledge of relational databases, preferably Oracle
• Familiarity with common test automation tools such as Selenium, SOAP UI, JUnit, Ranorex, JMeter or similar solutions
• Analytical thinking and ability to approach complex problems in a structured manner
• Good communication and open exchange with developers, product owners, and other departments
• Experience with test management tools like Jira, HP ALM, Aqua, Testrail or Testlink
• ISTQB Foundation certification is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Technical affinity and willingness to quickly learn new tools and AI-based QA approaches
