Middle Data Analyst

We are a rapidly scaling Ukrainian company in the fields of sales, procurement, and production. We are building a strong data-driven culture and are looking for a Middle Data Analyst who wants to influence not just reports but also real business decisions. This role is for those who love to work with data deeply but see the result of their work in business metrics: sales, margin, process efficiency.

• work with commercial analytics and key business metrics
• build and maintain dashboards in Power BI
• analyze large data sets and find insights for the business
• work with data from various sources and bring them to a unified logic
• help the business make decisions based on numbers, not intuition
• participate in the development of the company's analytical system

• 2-4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / BI Analyst
• proficient SQL (working with medium and high complexity queries)
• experience with Power BI (dashboards, basic DAX, working with data models)
• Power Query / M experience or experience in building simple ETL processes
• proficient Excel as a quick analytics tool
• understanding of key commercial metrics: sales, margin, turnover, seasonality
