AI Full-Stack Engineer Graduate (TikTok Shop - SEA) - 2027 Start

TikTok Shop is a content e-Commerce business. We are looking for talented individuals to join our team as a graduate. The role involves full-stack R&D with AI-assisted workflows and AI business scenarios.

• Participate in the R&D of TikTok Shop's Southeast Asia business, including end-to-end full-stack delivery spanning front-end pages, server-side APIs, data pipelines, and launch verification;
• Participate in TikTok Shop's front-end and full-stack engineering development, including data model abstraction, performance optimization, and user experience optimization;
• Leverage AI Coding tools to build an AI-assisted R&D workflow covering requirement understanding, solution generation, code implementation, test verification, code review, and online troubleshooting, thereby improving R&D efficiency and quality, and participate in the implementation of AI engineering capabilities in real business scenarios;
• Based on Southeast Asia business scenarios and Agent applications, participate in designing AI business implementation scenarios to help improve business efficiency and solve business pain points.

• Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline;
• Solid foundation in computer science and excellent engineering coding skills, with proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language or technology stack (TS/Go/Java/Android/iOS), and the ability to complete module solution design, development, issue localization, and performance optimization under guidance;
• Strong full-stack engineering capabilities, with an understanding of front-end and back-end collaboration, and the ability to deliver a complete closed loop around AI product scenarios—from interaction experience and API design to service implementation and launch delivery;
• Strong problem decomposition, logical analysis, and rapid learning abilities, with the capability to abstract problems, design solutions, and deliver results in scenarios of a certain level of complexity.
• Some understanding of Agent technology in R&D scenarios, with hands-on experience in any of the following areas: AI Coding, Skills, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embedding, Tool Calling, MCP, structured output, or AI evaluation.
