Equipass is a digital initiative for horse welfare and traceability. The FEI seeks a Junior Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights for the Equine Digital Passport project.

• Gather, clean and structure data from a range of internal and external sources
• Build reports, dashboards and visualisations that inform business decisions
• Help safeguard data quality and consistency across systems
• Work with DevOps tooling (Git, Jira, CI/CD pipelines)
• Support the publication and management of Open Data datasets
• Run ad hoc analyses for the team and stakeholders
• Document data processes and methodologies
• Partner with technical and business colleagues to understand their data needs
• Help run and facilitate stakeholder workshops

• A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent)
• Up to 3 years' experience (internship or first role) in data analysis
• Proficiency with data tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Git) and languages (R, Python/Pandas, JSON)
• Ideally, exposure to Open Data or research-data environments (visualisation, pipelines)
• A talent for making data and technology accessible to any audience
• A service-minded, detail-oriented approach and strong communication skills
• Adaptability in a fast-moving environment
• An interest in equestrian sport (a real plus)
• Fluent English (essential); French, German, Spanish, Portuguese or Italian a bonus
