System Engineer / DevOps Engineer

C4R is an international consulting company specializing in the development and implementation of IT solutions for retail. We are looking for a System / DevOps Engineer in a part-time format to work alongside a lead engineer, supporting infrastructure stability and gradually developing automation.

• support and develop infrastructure (AWS, Hetzner, on-premise)
• administer databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL)
• deploy and update application software (including retail solutions)
• configure and support CI/CD processes (Jenkins)
• participate in containerization and Kubernetes development
• work with Linux servers (administration, tuning, scripting)
• participate in incident resolution and ensure service stability

• strong experience in system administration (Linux)
• proficient with TCP/IP, networking, VPN, and security
• experience with virtualization (Proxmox, VMware or similar)
• worked with cloud providers (AWS, Hetzner or similar)
• experience administering databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL)
• understand CI/CD principles (Jenkins or similar tools)
• basic understanding of Docker/Kubernetes or willingness to develop in this area
• basic experience with Windows Server
