Senior Motion Designer

• Create effective and innovative video creatives for advertising on Facebook and Google.
• Continuously generate and implement creative ideas in video and animation formats based on campaign results analysis.
• Ensure a significant impact on user engagement and conversion through digital creatives.

• 3+ years of experience in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Experience creating video and animated creatives for digital platforms (Facebook, Google Ads, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI tools for generating images or video (Midjourney, Kaiber, Runway, Kling, Elevenlabs).
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, color, and attention to detail.
• Stay updated with digital trends and understand advertising platform requirements.
