DevOps Engineer — Duomo

SKELAR is a venture builder that creates international product IT companies. Currently seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer for their partner company, Duomo, a platform for personal and spiritual development based on Christian values.

• Configuration and support of Dev and Prod K8s clusters
• Setting up Ingress, Secrets Management, and implementation of GitOps approaches (e.g. using ArgoCD)
• Conducting migration of existing services from ECS to Kubernetes
• Automating the creation of ephemeral environments for testing Frontend and Backend pull requests within CI/CD
• Supporting and scaling key AWS services using Infrastructure as Code approaches (Terraform)
• Administering the corporate access management system and setting up SSO authentication to minimize the use of static credentials

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer role
• Commercial experience with AWS (VPC, RDS, EKS, ElastiCache, EC2, S3)
• Experience with Infrastructure as a Code approaches and Terraform
• Understanding of Linux architecture focusing on process lifecycle, memory management, and system resource optimization
• Close collaboration with the engineering team, ability to immerse in business context and find automation and scaling opportunities
• Solution-oriented mindset—ability to come up with proposals for solutions rather than just highlight problems
• Continuous development—desire to enhance knowledge and skills and apply them to improve infrastructure
