Python AI Developer (senior)

• Design and develop multi-agent systems on LangGraph for complex state workflows
• Integrate agents with external systems
• Build reliable agent loops with planning and human-in-the-loop control
• Develop and optimize RAG as an agent tool
• Create evaluation frameworks for agents
• Rapid prototyping of PoC and production-ready solutions
• Experiment with new approaches and technologies in the field of AI agents.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred in computer science, mathematics, or related fields)
• 3+ years of experience in Python development
• Experience with backend frameworks (FastAPI, Django)
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph)
• Understanding of vector database concepts and RAG approach
• Analytical thinking and ability to tackle complex technical tasks
• Experience using AI assistants for development.
