Full-stack Engineer (Node.js, TypeScript) — Risora

SKELAR is a Ukrainian venture builder building international tech businesses. They are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to architect a MarTech ecosystem for their new business, Risora, which aims to help individuals understand themselves better through a gamified experience.

• Build the MarTech ecosystem from scratch: design and scale the internal platform to become a unified working system for marketing teams.
• Create integration infrastructure from scratch: gateways for Meta, TikTok, Google; custom queue management, rate limiting, retry mechanisms.
• Launch Server-Side Tracking: end-to-end architecture and implementation (CAPI pattern), setting a new standard for data accuracy in the company.
• Implement AI Funnel Builder: a tool that enables launching and updating marketing funnels in hours without developer involvement, using AI for structure and content generation.
• Scale AI Marketing Creatives Builder: a system that generates an endless number of adapted creatives based on a successful reference.
• AI App Support & Automation: an intelligent support system that autonomously resolves 90%+ of requests through integration with internal services.
• Big Data & Analytics: architecture for collecting and processing data from millions of ads + server-side tracking (CAPI).
• Infrastructure & Reliability: stability in GCP, setting up CI/CD and monitoring for 24/7 operation without "silent failures."
• Determine the technology stack: proactively select and implement new MarTech solutions.

• 3+ years of commercial experience in Backend development (proven track record in designing complex systems is essential).
• Expert knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of GCP cloud infrastructure (Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Firestore).
• Experience building complex API integrations and working with distributed systems.

• High level of ownership and direct impact on product and business metrics.
• Freedom in choosing the stack and architectural decisions.
