Terms of Service – itlead

1. About the Service

itlead is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps users prepare for IT and technical interviews through:

• interview questions and answers
• educational articles and materials
• live coding problems
• AI-powered feedback
• other tools and features added over time

The Service is provided online only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

If you are between 16–18 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Service with parental or guardian consent.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 (or under 13 in the United States). If we discover such data, it will be deleted immediately.

By using the Service, you confirm that:

• you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• all information you provide is accurate and truthful

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to access features.

You agree to:

• provide accurate information
• keep credentials secure
• not share accounts
• be responsible for all activity under your account

Account sharing, abuse, or suspicious activity may result in suspension.

Account Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting itlead.source@gmail.com.

Upon deletion:

• access ends immediately
• personal data is deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain

For any refund requests related to account deletion, please contact itlead.source@gmail.com. Refunds are reviewed case by case and may be approved or declined based on eligibility.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing

4.1 Payment Processor

All payments are processed by:

TOV FK "VEY FOR PEY" (WayForPay)

WayForPay handles:

• payment processing
• transaction security
• payment card data protection
• refunds
• subscription management

When you make a payment, the transaction is processed securely by WayForPay, a licensed payment service provider operating under the National Bank of Ukraine license.

Our Privacy Policy applies to data we collect directly.

4.2 Subscription Plans

We may offer:

• monthly subscriptions
• yearly subscriptions
• other subscription tiers and billing periods

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.

You authorize WayForPay to process recurring payments using your payment method automatically.

4.3 Promotional Pricing and Trials

We may offer promotional pricing (e.g., $2 first month, then $10 monthly).

• applies only to the first billing cycle
• automatically converts to standard pricing
• only one promotion per user
• promotions may be revoked for abuse

Free trial subscriptions (if offered) automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

• your account settings, or
• contacting itlead.source@gmail.com

After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current paid period.

4.5 Pricing Changes

We may change subscription prices at any time.

Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before increases.

If you do not agree to price increases, you may cancel before renewal.

4.6 Taxes

Prices may be subject to VAT or other taxes depending on your location.

Applicable taxes will be calculated and collected in accordance with Ukrainian tax legislation.

4.7 Consumer Right to Cancel

If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel your order and return the Product within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day after completion of the Transaction.

Exception: Your right to cancel does not apply to Digital Content that you have started to download, stream, or otherwise access.

4.8 Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted by contacting itlead.source@gmail.com.

Refunds are reviewed case by case and may be approved or declined based on eligibility.

A refund may be considered if the product does not work as described and the issue cannot be resolved after reasonable support efforts, there is confirmed fraud associated with the purchase, or the request is submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds are generally not provided if you changed your mind after purchasing, you decide not to use the product, the issue is due to lack of technical skill or incorrect configuration, a chargeback or payment dispute was opened before contacting support, or the product has already been downloaded or used, which may void statutory cancellation rights.

4.9 Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback:

• your account may be suspended
• you may be liable for related fees
• disputes should first be resolved via support

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent termination and legal action.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• resell or share accounts
• copy or redistribute content
• scrape data
• reverse engineer the Service
• use bots/automation
• upload malicious code
• misuse AI tools
• violate laws

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, materials, and features belong to itlead and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.

Commercial use or redistribution is prohibited.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use it to operate and improve the Service.

You are responsible for what you upload.

8. Beta Features

Beta or experimental features are provided "as is" and may change or be removed at any time.

9. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

10. Educational Purpose Only

itlead provides educational tools only.

We do not guarantee job offers, employment, or interview success.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages
• lost profits
• lost data

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 3 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless itlead from claims or losses arising from:

• your violation of these Terms
• misuse of the Service
• violation of laws
• content you submit

14. Data Protection and Privacy Rights

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws including GDPR and CCPA.

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or other jurisdictions with data protection laws, you have rights including:

• access your personal data
• correction and deletion
• data portability
• withdraw consent
• object to processing

We retain payment data according to WayForPay's policies and legal requirements. User account data is retained as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.

15. Termination

You may cancel anytime.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Provisions regarding IP, liability, indemnification, and disputes survive termination.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control including war, civil unrest, government actions, internet failures, or payment processor disruptions.

17. Dispute Resolution

Before legal action, you agree to contact itlead.source@gmail.com for informal resolution for 30 days.

If informal resolution fails:

• Disputes are subject to Ukrainian courts
• EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence
• EU consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local laws.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before taking effect.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
