Responsibilities5

• Manage, support, and optimize information and network systems, computer hardware, and services within the organization.
• Provide technical support to users, resolving their requests and issues.
• Implement and update new technologies and solutions that enhance the productivity and efficiency of information systems.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure best practices in IT and solve common tasks and projects.
• Monitor system performance, identify and resolve issues, using monitoring systems to detect anomalies.

Requirements6

• Administrative experience with operating systems: Understanding and experience with various systems such as Windows Server, Linux, including ability to configure, update, and manage them.
• Knowledge of networking protocols and services: Understanding of protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, and experience in configuring and maintaining network services.
• Monitoring and diagnostics: Ability to use monitoring and analytical systems to identify anomalies and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
• Knowledge of cloud service architecture: Understanding concepts and components of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Maintenance of computer hardware: Techniques and regulations for the operation, repair, configuration, diagnosis, and maintenance of computer and office equipment.
• Information security: Knowledge of principles and methods for protecting information, including antivirus software, firewalls, authentication systems, and access management.
