Middle Data Analyst

As a Middle Data Analyst, you will join a product team focused on payment analytics within an international digital business operating in subscription-based online products. The role involves analyzing payment performance, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting data-driven decision-making.

• Analyze operational results in the payment direction
• Identify existing problems, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities
• Formalize findings and bring analytical insights to the team
• Support decision-making through data analysis
• Work closely with Product Manager on payment-related initiatives
• Develop analytical approaches for faster reaction and business response
• Analyze risk-related payment metrics and propose balanced solutions
• Participate in testing hypotheses and evaluating business impact
• Support product OKRs through analytical insights

• 2+ years of experience as Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, or in a similar analytical role
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with BI tools (preferably Tableau)
• Experience working with payment-related analytics, financial metrics, or transactional data
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure findings clearly
• Understanding of core statistical concepts and data analysis methods
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and quickly learn new business domains
• Experience in subscription-based business models is highly preferred
• Transactional business experience may also be considered
• Experience in payment domain or payment-related analytics is highly desirable
• Python
• Understanding of product metrics
• Understanding of marketing metrics
• Basic knowledge of ETL processes
