Junior Animator / Junior Motion Designer

About the Position

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Animator to join our team. In this role, you will help bring ideas to life through engaging motion design, working on a variety of digital content including short-form videos, ads, and visual storytelling assets.

Responsibilities8

• Create high-quality 2D animations for digital content and marketing materials.
• Apply motion design principles such as timing, easing, rhythm, and weight.
• Animate typography that is clear, engaging, and visually appealing.
• Translate concepts into compelling visual stories through motion.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver creative solutions.
• Prepare and organize assets for animation using design tools.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and project requirements.
• Stay up to date with motion design trends, especially in digital advertising.

Requirements8

• Basic to intermediate experience in 2D animation and motion design.
• Strong understanding of composition, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects (primary tool).
• Experience with Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator for asset preparation.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
• Strong creative thinking and visual ideation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex messages into clear visual content.
• Spoken English.
