Magento Backend Developer

About the Position

PROSTOR — a national chain of beauty and care shops, actively developing its e-commerce direction and digital services for customers, invites you to work as a Magento Backend Developer!

Responsibilities10

• Develop new functionality on the Magento 2 platform (modules, plugins, extensions)
• Support and upgrade existing custom functionality
• Integrate Magento 2 with external services (ERP, CRM, payment systems, logistics) via REST/SOAP API
• Develop and maintain REST API / GraphQL endpoints for frontend and mobile applications
• Optimize platform performance (Varnish, Redis, indexing, message queues)
• Write and maintain technical documentation (Confluence)
• Work with Jira: task decomposition, estimation, status control
• Participate in team processes: stand-ups, sprint planning, code review
• Adhere to development standards (PSR, SOLID, best practices Magento 2)
• Interact with frontend developers, DevOps, and business analysts.

Requirements8

• Experience with Magento 2 for at least 2 years
• Strong knowledge of PHP 7/8, MySQL
• Experience with REST API / GraphQL
• Understanding of Magento 2 architecture
• Experience with integration with external systems
• Experience with Git
• Understanding of OOP principles, SOLID
• Experience with Redis, Varnish is a plus.
