Middle DevOps — Relatio

About the Position

SKELAR is a Ukrainian venture builder creating international tech businesses. They are currently seeking a middle DevOps/System Administrator for Relatio, a company enhancing romantic relationships through technology. The role involves developing and supporting a hybrid infrastructure, improving CI/CD processes, and providing technical assistance to staff.

Responsibilities7

• Support and develop the company's hybrid infrastructure: Google Cloud, Proxmox VE, Linux servers, and internal services
• Ensure stable operation of servers and systems: monitoring, alerting, backups, recovery, participating in incident resolution
• Improve CI/CD processes and automate routine technical tasks
• Maintain Atlassian products: Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence
• Assist employees with technical issues: VPN, access, accounts, internal services
• Organize and automate access management processes through roles, groups, policies, and relevant tools
• Document infrastructure, services, and key technical processes.

Requirements7

• 2+ years of experience in a DevOps/System Administrator/Infrastructure Engineer role
• Practical experience with Linux (Debian-based) and Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with backups, monitoring, automating infrastructure tasks
• Understanding of CI/CD processes
• Experience with Bash, Python or PowerShell
• Understanding of access management principles, roles, groups, and security policies
• Ability to document technical solutions and maintain order in infrastructure.
