Data Analyst

About the Position

We're Rist Labs - a cofounding studio building ethical, AI-powered B2C products that matter. We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join Kodree to analyze data and influence business decisions.

Responsibilities7

• Analyze product, marketing, and payments data to find patterns, issues, and growth opportunities
• Investigate anomalies and proactively identify what’s broken or can be improved
• Build dashboards and monitoring systems
• Own and calculate key business metrics (LTV, CAC, ROAS, retention, etc.)
• Provide clear, data-backed recommendations on monetization, geo strategy, and campaign performance
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, and leadership to turn insights into actions
• Support and improve data quality, tracking, and internal analytics processes

Requirements8

• Around 2 years of experience in data analytics
• Strong command of SQL, Excel/Spreadsheets, and Python
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Looker is a strong plus)
• Solid understanding of key business metrics: LTV, ROAS, CAC, retention, churn, and more
• Practical experience with cohort analysis
• Confidence working with raw data - cleaning, validating, and structuring datasets
• Intermediate+ English level
• Nice to have: Experience with AWS (Redshift, S3, Lambda, etc.) and basic knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
