About the Position

SKELAR is a Ukrainian venture builder that creates international tech businesses, aiming to build a product that serves as an interactive language learning AI tutor. The role involves leading the development of a mobile application from the ground up and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities6

• Developing MVP from scratch
• Hands-on coding, selecting optimal libraries, and building scalable mobile architecture
• Integrating Voice & AI features for real-time audio processing
• UI/UX implementation in collaboration with designers
• Setting up CI/CD processes and managing releases in App Store and Google Play
• Mentoring and conducting code reviews

Requirements5

• 4–5+ years in mobile development (Senior / Tech Lead level)
• Deep knowledge of React Native and mobile application lifecycle
• Proven experience in leading development teams
• Experience in optimizing app performance and dealing with complex API integrations
• Startup mindset with focus on business outcomes
