Senior SRE / DevOps / Release Engineer (Europe)

About the Position

AltexSoft is looking for a Senior SRE / DevOps / Release Engineer to join a project for our client — a SaaS platform built in a multi-cloud environment. The role involves building and automating infrastructure for dynamic testing and execution environments.

Responsibilities7

• Design and build a fully automated infrastructure
• Provision and manage virtual machines (VMs)
• Harden environments and machine images to ensure security and reliability
• Build and maintain scalable, highly automated systems
• Support and evolve productized infrastructure
• Enable secure script execution and isolated test environment
• Collaborate closely with development teams on system reliability and CI/CD pipelines

Requirements6

• Strong software engineering background
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, including production-level usage
• Strong experience with AWS (mandatory)
• Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, release engineering
• Experience working with at least one programming language: Go, Python, or Rust
• Willingness to learn and work with Azure
