Full Stack Software-Entwickler (m/w/d)

As one of the largest IT service providers and digitization partners for banks in Europe, we drive the digitization within the Sparkassen group. We are looking for a Full Stack Software Developer for our department that develops and carries product responsibility for business processes and frontend and backend components.

• Architectural design and independent new development and enhancement of business processes, services, and workflows in Java and JavaScript
• Taking responsibility and participating in complex interdisciplinary projects from analysis through design to implementation, testing, documentation, and introduction
• Technical point of contact for product managers and executives as well as management of technical topics in the development team
• Close collaboration with bank-specific product managers and implementation of multifaceted technical change requests
• Design and execution of measures for quality assurance and performance optimization of maintenance-intensive applications
• Taking over last-level support for our developed components and managing program deployments
• Evaluation of complex requirements regarding their impact on software development and advising department management as well as internal and external partners within project orders and preliminary studies

• Successfully completed a relevant degree or comparable training
• At least 6 years of experience in software development with Java and JavaScript as well as with design patterns and clean code
• Extensive knowledge in the development of web applications with Spring/Spring Boot and usage of React and Material
• Knowledge in software development with COBOL, JCL, TSO/ISPF
• Experience in leading projects in software development
• Team player with a conceptual, structured working style
• Curiosity and enjoyment in exploring new subject areas and courage to proactively drive change
