Middle Full-stack Engineer (React.JS/Node.JS)

About the Position

Softermii is an outsourcing/outstaffing company specializing in web and mobile application development. They are looking for a Middle Full Stack Engineer to support new projects which involve innovative approaches and modern technologies, leveraging AI-assisted tools to streamline development.

Responsibilities12

• Design & develop software
• Troubleshoot and debugging application code
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Implementation Local and Dev testing
• Collaboration with the team on Project execution progress
• Assist in validating AI-generated code and outputs, learning to check correctness efficiently
• Analyze and break down business requirements into technical tasks
• Implement frontend and backend features, collaborating with AI-assisted suggestions
• Drive Test Driven Development methodology using AI Tool and for manual coding
• Identify simple edge cases and prevent misleading or overfitted tests
• Follow Clean Code practices and basic architectural principles (SOLID, patterns)
• Learn and improve engineering practices within an AI-assisted workflow.

Requirements13

• 2.5+ years of experience as a software developer
• Experience with JavaScript (React and Node.js)
• Understanding of business logic and ability to implement product features
• Ability to break down requirements into clear technical tasks and identify edge cases
• Knowledge of unit and integration testing; ability to detect gaps or overfitted tests
• Familiarity with SOLID principles and Clean Code practices
• AI-augmented development skills
• Basic prompt engineering and context management when working with AI tools
• Experience using AI for code generation, debugging, and development support
• Ability to validate AI-generated code using logical checks and simple reasoning
• Awareness of AI limitations, hallucinations, and potential risks
• Ability to use AI for test design and development workflow support
• Upper-Intermediate English level
