About the Position

We are building an innovative team that transforms the interaction of citizens with the state through the Diia portal. Responsibilities7

• Ensure high quality and reliability of the Diia portal through support and development of automated testing processes.
• Create and maintain automated UI and API tests for the Diia web portal.
• Monitor and analyze automated testing results daily.
• Localize and report defects found via GitLab/Jira.
• Collaborate closely with other in-house team members, vendor teams, and partners to ensure and improve product quality.
• Optimize automated testing processes.
• Participate in the development and improvement of the testing strategy and development of the test automation framework.

Requirements11

• Higher education (bachelor's and master's level).
• 2+ years of experience in Automation QA in product or service IT companies.
• Willingness to work in the office in Kyiv.
• Proficient in Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Experience with API testing and tools like Postman/Swagger (or similar).
• Deep understanding of testing theory (types and levels of testing, test design techniques, STLC, bug life cycle).
• Experience with test artifacts (checklists, test cases, bug reports).
• Understanding of OOP principles, SOLID, design patterns.
• Understanding of networking protocols and conventions (HTTP, REST/SOAP, oAuth2.0).
• In-depth knowledge of Git and CI/CD principles (GitLab).
• English at B1+ level (work with documentation).
