Senior Software Engineer — Frontend (Core UX / Product Team)

About the Position

PandaDoc is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Frontend) to join our Core UX Product Team. In this role, you'll work in a cross-functional product team to design, build, and deliver core features for PandaDoc’s web applications, ensuring consistency and performance across the frontend experience.

Responsibilities7

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and translate them into scalable frontend solutions.
• Build, test, and deploy high-quality frontend features using React and TypeScript.
• Work across both monolithic and microfrontend architectures.
• Ensure robust observability and monitoring using tools such as Sentry and Grafana.
• Participate in on-call support rotations.
• Drive technical initiatives and improvements within the codebase.
• Mentor team members and foster knowledge sharing.

Requirements8

• 5+ years of hands-on frontend development experience.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with both monolithic and microfrontend architectures.
• Familiarity with observability tools.
• Proven experience delivering product-facing features end-to-end.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with shared component libraries and modular frontend frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for web applications.
