Senior/Lead Backend Engineer (Node.js) – Duomo

About the Position

SKELAR is a venture builder that creates international product IT companies under venture investment conditions. We are looking for a Backend Engineer to our partner company that handles the Martech area to develop into a team manager role.

Responsibilities3

• Developing and supporting an AI-driven creative production automation system that involves generating ideas, creating creatives, and post-analysis.
• Building and developing solutions for automating ad management in Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Improving and scaling in-house platforms for creating and managing ads in Meta (Facebook) Ads.

Requirements5

• 4+ years of commercial experience with Node.js
• Experience in a Lead position or desire to develop in this direction
• Experience designing reliable and scalable message processing systems (queues, retry mechanisms, idempotency)
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS / GCP)
• Experience with Docker, creating CI/CD pipelines (Github Actions, etc.)
