Middle DevOps Engineer

About the Position

We are a national supermarket chain VARUS, which has over 130 stores in 29 cities of Ukraine and ranks among the top 10 retail chains in the country by sales volume. We are looking for a Middle DevOps Engineer who can work remotely from the territory of Ukraine or at our office in Dnipro.

Responsibilities7

• Containerization of existing applications
• Monitoring and analyzing service logs
• Supporting existing infrastructure
• Designing and configuring CI/CD based on GitLab
• Designing and deploying new services
• Implementing modern DevOps solutions
• Setting up monitoring for existing and future solutions.

Requirements7

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in Linux administration (Debian/Ubuntu)
• Experience in administering web servers Apache, Nginx, Tomcat
• Experience in containerization (Kubernetes, Docker)
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Percona, MariaDB)
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with Docker
• Knowledge of networks, network protocols, experience in configuring network elements.
