Head of IT Infrastructure (on-premis)

About the Position

Responsibilities8

• Manage the IT infrastructure and systems department: organize team work, distribute responsibilities, develop subordinates' competencies.
• Strategic planning and development of IT infrastructure: servers, networks, cloud services, databases, backup and disaster recovery systems.
• Ensure the stability and continuity of IT services: provide SLA, monitoring, disaster recovery, readiness for launching new locations.
• Manage corporate systems and business applications: ERP, 1C and other critical services.
• Budgeting and cost optimization: forming the department budget, controlling purchases, efficient resource use.
• Implement standards and regulations: security policies, support procedures, ITIL/ISO 27001 standards.
• Interact with contractors and suppliers: control contract execution, compliance with deadlines, quality of services and equipment.
• Reporting and analytics for management: KPIs, status reports, evaluation of IT services and project effectiveness.

Requirements7

• Experience with on-premises infrastructure of at least 5 years, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Experience in managing IT teams, coordinating the work of contractors and IT solution suppliers.
• Deep knowledge and practical experience with on-premises infrastructure: servers, networks, storage systems, backup, virtualization, cloud services.
• Experience in implementing and supporting corporate information systems and business applications (ERP, CRM, 1C, etc.).
• Understanding of information security principles, experience with internal policies and standards (ISO 27001, ITIL).
• Skills in planning, organizing team work and managing IT projects.
• Experience in budgeting, controlling purchases and optimizing infrastructure costs.
