Full-Stack Developer (Backend-focused)

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus to join an existing AI-powered healthcare product. This is a backend-heavy role (around 80%), where you will work across backend, cloud, and integrations, contributing to a real production system already in development.

Responsibilities6

• Build and maintain backend-heavy product functionality
• Contribute to full stack development where needed
• Support cloud, deployment, and DevOps-related tasks on a mid-level
• Work with healthcare integrations and related backend workflows
• Contribute to AI-related product functionality through API-based LLM integrations
• Collaborate with the existing team and support technical execution within the product

Requirements10

• Minimum 5 years of commercial full stack engineering experience
• Strong commercial experience with Node.js
• Good hands-on experience with Next.js
• Solid experience working with AWS cloud services
• Strong full stack engineering background with a clear backend focus
• Ability to support DevOps / deployment / infrastructure tasks at a mid-level
• Strong experience with relational and non-relational databases, including data modeling and backend data design
• Experience with healthcare integrations — at least one relevant domain, system, or integration context
• Understanding of HL7 and/or FHIR
• English level sufficient for effective communication with the team
