About the Position
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer for the support team (Support Engineering). This is not classical technical support, but engineering work: we automate routine processes, write scripts for problem analysis, and create intelligent documentation systems.
Responsibilities4
- Developing and improving internal tools for the support team (dashboards, widgets, utilities).
- Integrating with task trackers (Kaytaro, Binom, and similar) for automatic data collection and ticket creation.
- Writing parsers and AI scripts for analyzing multilingual documentation (searching for answers, summarizing, translating).
- Quickly fixing bugs that block the work of support operators.
Requirements5
- General programming experience of 3 years.
- Experience as a developer in support or a similar role (Support Engineer, Integration Engineer) for 1-2 years.
- Understanding the operation of trackers: experience interacting with Kaytaro, Binom, or similar (API, web hooks, field customization).
- Working with documentation: ability to parse and process data from documents in various languages (JSON, YAML, Markdown, HTML, PDF).
- Focus on AI: practical experience using LLM (GPT, Claude, Local models) for automation - generating responses, ticket classification, checking spelling/meaning in different languages.
