Senior Front-End BI Specialist

As a Senior Front-End BI Specialist at Stedin, you will transform complex data into clear, impactful visual insights for strategic decision-making. You will design Power BI dashboards, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to enhancing the Finance & Control organization's performance management. The role emphasizes flexibility in working arrangements and continuous development within a dynamic BI environment.

• Design and build visually strong Power BI dashboards focusing on UX and usability.
• Advise on visualizations and storytelling with data.
• Develop and maintain DAX measures with a focus on performance, reusability, and understandability.
• Collaborate with information analysts on definitions, KPIs, and functional design.
• Publish and manage datasets and reports in Power BI Service / Fabric.
• Ensure usability, design standards, governance, RLS, version control, and documentation.
• Think actively about standards, best practices, and further development of the BI landscape.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts, leading the front-end effort.

• HBO+/WO work and thinking level.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Power BI Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI Desktop & Service, DAX (including performance tuning), data modeling, and semantic models.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong communication skills; able to clearly explain technical choices.

• A gross monthly salary between € 6078.62 and € 8500.89 (based on 40 hours).
