Senior Full Stack Developer (m/f/d)

Mirantus Health is a young, well-funded health-tech startup enabling doctors to deliver distributed healthcare solutions. As a Full Stack Developer with a frontend focus, you will craft fast, accessible interfaces with React and contribute across the stack, working with product and design.

• Build and maintain responsive, high-performance frontend applications with React
• Develop and integrate APIs in our Node.js (NestJS) backend
• Turn design concepts into polished, accessible user experiences
• Write clean, testable, well-documented code and help raise the bar on quality
• Take part in code reviews, architecture decisions, and the continuous evolution of our engineering practices
• Help maintain and gradually modernize legacy services

• Solid professional experience as a full stack developer (5+ years)
• Strong command of TypeScript and modern React
• Hands-on experience with TanStack Router and TanStack Query — or the proven ability to pick them up fast
• Working knowledge of Node.js, ideally with NestJS
• A good grasp of APIs, state management, and component-driven development
• A genuine focus on quality: testing, performance, and accessibility
• Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
• Nice to have: Spring Boot (Kotlin) for our legacy stack, experience in healthcare or another regulated industry, and familiarity with CI/CD
