Requirements7

• 5+ years of software development experience
• 1+ year in a technical leadership role
• Strong hands-on experience with React / Next.js + TypeScript
• Solid experience with Ruby on Rails or Node.js
• Experience with GraphQL (design + consumption)
• Strong communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Passion for mentoring and growing other engineers
