Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Node.js / React / Python / AI / AdTech)

About the Position

MWDN is an international recruitment and outstaffing company with over 23 years of experience. The selected candidate will work directly with the client’s team on their product in an international environment, focusing on high-performance systems in the ad-tech industry.

Responsibilities7

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and Python
• Develop the core product offering implemented to track and analyse billions of events on websites and apps
• Develop integrations with Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs) and Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs)
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into our platform, including LLM APIs and on-premise model deployments
• Build agentic workflows and AI-powered automation to enhance platform capabilities
• Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices

Requirements18

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong experience with Node.js or Python
• Experience with React
• Experience with analytics platforms
• Practical experience with AI driven solutions
• Experience with high-performance distributed systems
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices
• Ad-Tech experience
• Cloud experience (AWS/GCP)
• SQL/NoSQL and streaming technologies

• Building applications powered by LLMs
• Agentic workflows (LangChain, LangGraph)
• Deploying/serving ML models
• Prompt engineering & RAG architectures
