About the Position

Join MODUS X, a Ukrainian IT company focused on digital transformation and data-driven products. We are looking for an experienced Business Data Analyst to communicate with clients, analyze requirements, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver data management solutions.

Responsibilities11

• Communicating with clients regarding potential or scheduled cases/projects
• Analyzing requirements and forming technical tasks, interacting with the technical team
• Agreeing on requirements with the client
• Participating in source analysis and agreeing on the results with the client
• Defining development directions and timelines with the technical team
• Tracking development timelines and communicating with developers
• Verifying results independently and with developers
• Delivering solutions to the client, interpreting results
• Communicating client feedback
• Maintaining case documentation
• Participating in the formation of data management strategy and development

Requirements21

• 4+ years of data work experience
• SQL — required
• Python, Power BI — preferred
• Familiarity with SAP line — an advantage
• Experience in business analysis and understanding teamwork in creating analytical solutions
• Knowledge of data management tools (DWH, Data Lake, Data LakeHouse, ETL, BI, Big Data, IIoT, Data Science, Machine Learning, AI)
• Proficiency with analytical tools
• Ability to clearly formulate tasks and ask questions
• Ability to independently verify input data and results
• Ability to interpret results
• Autonomy
• Communication skills
• Ability to manage and distribute time, set priorities, work for results
• Willingness to take responsibility, control oneself and others
• Strategic and tactical vision in interacting with other tasks
• Teamwork skills, ability to work autonomously
• Ability to advocate for the team’s opinion to the client

• Intermediate+ English proficiency
• Fluent Ukrainian proficiency
• Higher education (technical, applied mathematics, physics, computer science, cybernetics, economic cybernetics).
