Middle Node.js Engineer

About the Position

Manoris is seeking a talented and motivated Node.js developer to strengthen the team and develop our product. Manoris is a team of professionals helping companies worldwide to implement digital innovative solutions, focusing on security, compliance, scalability, and user interaction.

Responsibilities12

• Participate in the full development cycle of features
• Analyze business requests together with the PO
• Conduct technical research (R&D / investigation)
• Design solutions
• Decompartmentalize tasks
• Prepare technical documentation
• Implement and support systems
• Support and develop existing services
• Optimize and refactor
• Eliminate bugs
• Implement new solutions into the current architecture
• Communicate actively with team members and related roles (PO, other engineers, QA)

Requirements9

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript
• Practical experience with NestJS
• Ability to work with ORM (mainly TypeORM)
• Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL
• Ability to use Redis
• Understanding of REST API and building HTTP services
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
• Understanding of asynchronous interaction between services (via message brokers, especially RabbitMQ)
• Experience working in distributed systems/microservice architecture
