Junior QA Engineer

About the Position

Quarks Tech is a technology company focused on creating niche products in Social Discovery & Relationship Wellness. They are currently looking for a Junior QA Engineer to join their Internal PaaS team, responsible for quality assurance processes while developing applications.

Responsibilities6

• Testing the web application at various stages of the development cycle (mostly front-end)
• Identifying, describing, and tracking bugs
• Monitoring and supporting the implemented functionalities
• Preparing and updating test documentation (checklists, test cases)
• Participating in refinement, planning, and task estimation processes
• Close collaboration with cross-functional teams: developers, AQA, designers, analysts, and PMs

Requirements6

• At least 1 year of experience in manual testing of web applications
• Strong knowledge of testing theory (types, levels, techniques, etc.)
• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Practical skills in using DevTools
• Experience with requirements and technical documentation
• Basic understanding of client-server architecture
